Sales Representative
Full-time · Field-based · Hiring nationwide
You'll meet with families in your community, listen to their needs, and recommend supplemental insurance products that fit their lives. We provide the training, the leads, and the support — you bring the work ethic and the heart.
What you'll do
- Conduct in-person consultations with prospective and existing clients
- Educate families on supplemental insurance and recommend tailored coverage
- Service your book of business and grow long-term client relationships
- Attend weekly team trainings and contribute to a culture of excellence
What we're looking for
- A coachable mindset and genuine desire to help people
- Strong communicator — comfortable in conversation and presentation
- Self-starter, organized, and reliable
- Insurance experience helpful but not required (we'll get you licensed)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
